Why Dennis held his nose and supported the bill..

  Dennis Kucinich is one of  few
leaders in Washington who is on
our side. (working Americans)
He supports single-payer,
non-profit, healthcare for
Americans... so that we can
provide quality healthcare
for our people.
      By acting from compassion, we can improve
our health while restoring an ability to compete in the global marketplace.
     (It would be good if the naysayers and those who indulge in
the politics of NO and fearmongering would try to comprehend.)
      Dennis does not support the current health insurance
reform bill under consideration, since it represents a gift to the
corporate transnationals who have robbed us blind for decades...
But he is voting yes because he understands this health insurance
reform will be a faltering step in a direction towards actual healthcare reform.
     If Americans really want to begin to understand the machinations
which drive congress, or alternatively move this country forward,
in fits and starts, they should attempt to learn from this short man
with a towering intellect and courage to spare.
